Straight lines
Wabi Sabi imperfection inspired these artworks. We make plans, hoping to be perfect, but life has a way of changing our plans, we take detours, but still manage to make it all work in the end.
The lines in these mixed media works are never straight, instead they’re a little crooked, possibly curvy and winding. The painted surface has marks and is not smooth, and the resin has splashes and texture. There is beauty and enjoyment in the journey and in the nature of imperfection.
